Two pipeline projects get the green light

Coastal First Nations says the federal government decision to quash the Enbridge Northern Gateway Project and impose a crude oil tanker moratorium on BC’s north coast is a double victory for Coastal First Nations.
The Northern Gateway project aimed to put in a pipeline from Alberta through to Kitimat.
On the other hand though, the Sierra Club of BC says the Prime Minister has picked a fight with British Columbians by approving Kinder Morgan.
That pipeline will run from Alberta through to Burnaby.
The less controversial Enbridge Line 3 project, from Alberta to Wisconsin got the green light from the Federal government as well.
