Premier says pipeline is very close to meeting provincial conditions

The Nanaimo Ladysmith MP says Kinder Morgan’s pipeline expansion project will boost oil tanker traffic on the coast from once a week to once a day.
Sheila Malcolmson says those tankers will go through sensitive ecology that can’t handle a spill…..
Malcolmson says all the risk is on the Coast and this announcement is bad news for us.
