Environment Canada says in many Island communities it was slightly wetter than normal in November.
Armel Castellan says, in the Cowichan Valley, there was about 37 millimeters more rain than normal….
Castellan says the moisture came from the systems that moved into the area from the southwest, rather than the west.
That means, he says, many communities posted record warm temperatures throughout November by better than 2 degrees.
