The Province’s Health Department are reminding residents to protect themselves this flu season.
Flu symptoms include feeling headaches, feverish and sniffling.
Deputy Health Officer from the department Dr. Bonnie Henry says the best way to prevent contracting the flu is to get vaccinated and being clean.
Henry says the flu vaccine is available at any medical office, and can also be found at your local pharmacy.
