Some motorists on their best bad behavior

Some Nanaimo drivers may be receiving a lump of coal in their stocking this year after their reaction and comments to a three vehicle motor vehicle accident.
That’s according to Nanaimo RCMP Constable Gary O’Brien who says a trio of vehicles had to be towed from an incident Wednesday morning at the intersection at Bowen Road and Dufferin Crescent.
The intersection was closed for about 35 minutes and O’Brien says the clean up wasn’t fast enough for motorists, many of whom were annoyed and felt they had to express their displeasure to the officers……

RCMP say it appears the accident was caused when a left turning pick up truck collided with a south bound car which spun and collided with a gravel truck.

No injuries were reported but all three vehicles had to be towed and there was a considerable amount of brake and transmission fluid that had leaked onto the roadway from the vehicles involved.
