Transit tips for snowy weather

With more snow on the ground now, BC Transit has some tips for riders.
Jonathan Dyck says it’s a good idea to sign up for transit notifications….
 
 
Otherwise, Dyck says riders should dress warm, allow extra time to get to destinations, and expect delays.
Dyck says it’s also a good idea, if your bus stop is on a hill, to wait for the bus at the bottom or the top of the hill, because sometimes the bus driver has a tough time stopping on an incline in poor weather conditions.
