Government hopes to reign in ICBC rates

The B-C Government is ordering a review of I-C-B-C’s rates.
Minister of Transportation Todd Stone says the third-party review will look at a range of options and make recommendations that will keep insurance rates affordable.
The terms of reference for the review are currently being developed, with the goal of having the review done before the next annual rate submission in the summer of 2017.
