The home owner grant threshold in our province is going up by 33 percent.
Finance Minister Michael de Jong says there’s the the motivation behind the increase is so that housing costs will remain affordable for some residents….
According to to the province, more than 90 percent BC homes will remain below the threshold and if eligible, the owners will receive the full grant.
