BC Government Releases Costs for Royal Tour

The B.C. government has released the costsĀ for the Royal Tour.
Through a cost sharing agreement with the Federal Government, B.C.’s share of expenses relating to the Royal Tour totalled 613,000 dollars.
The RCMP says it spent about 2 million dollars on policing costs during last year’s eight-day visit to BC and Yukon by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their two young children.
