A meteorologist with Environment Canada says it’s been an unusual winter for us here on the coast.
Armel Castellan says we’ve had a fall and winter of extreme changes, from above normal temperatures and rain to extended periods of cold and dry.
Castellan notes we’re heading into another period of above normal temperatures, which will last through at least the next week.
