The Office of the Auditor General of B.C. says the province isn’t recording revenues and expenses the same way other provinces in Canada are.
Carol Bellringer says the government is holding back reporting all of its revenue and that means it can put it towards future years when a surplus may not be so good……
She says the government has now inappropriately deferred a total of 4 point 2 billion dollars.
