The Weather Network says it’s looking to be a cold start to spring here on the coast.
The forecasting service has released its spring outlook.
Meteorologist Kelly Sonnenburg says they are expecting it to be a slow start to spring across the country.
Sonnenburg says we are expecting to see normal levels of precipitation for this spring.
