Clocks “Spring Forward” This Weekend

Get ready to move your clocks ahead one hour this weekend.
ICBC is warning drivers to be extra alert, since we will be losing an hour of sleep between Saturday and Sunday.
Community Coordinator Colleen Woodger says the time change can have a dramatic effect by disrupting our sleep cycles.
Woodger says reaction time to hazards may also be hindered. She adds that early morning driving conditions will also be different.
The time change takes place at 2am on Sunday morning.
