Vancouver Island Hot Spot for Organized Stalking

Organized stalking can happen to anyone at any time and it happens a lot on Vancouver Island and in the Pacific Northwest.
That’s according to a local resident, June Ti, who has written a book on her experience and the experience of others….
Ti says there doesn’t seem to be any reason for a specific victim being chosen, she says some believe it’s because of their activism but others have no explanation at all.
Ti, who is a mental health crisis counselor wrote, “No Ordinary Stalking” in an effort to help victims and their families understand what is happening.
