The Town of Ladysmith has been chipping away at their financial plan.
Mayor Aaron Stone says to this point there will be a property tax decrease of point 4 per cent, but sewer parcel taxes are going up 30 dollars and water parcel taxes are going up 84 dollars a year….
Stone says once those big ticket projects are complete the Town will be able to move towards more aspirational capital projects.
