Elliot case stalled again

William Elliot was to be in court for a sentencing hearing beginning today (Mon).

The hearing, was scheduled to last 3 days, and was to start back in December but was delayed so additional reports could be submitted to the court.

Now it’s been delayed again until the week of June 9th.

Elliot’s case in in relation to the 2011 deaths of Tyeshia Jones, whose body was found in Duncan and Karrie Ann Stone, whose body was found in Glenora 7 months later.

Elliot pled guilty to 2nd degree murder and will get an automatic life sentence, what has to be determined is when he will be eligible for parole.
