The 51-year old First Nations woman missing since Saturday has been located.
North Cowichan-Duncan RCMP said Julianna Thorne is safe and sound.
Throne, a resident of Stonehaven Place, had family and friends worried after she left the care facility without informing staff.
RCMP is thanking the public for their assistance.
