The diking project in North Cowichan-Duncan is coming close to completion.
Motorists may notice a large cement structure being erected on the Trans Canada Highway, just north of Beverly Hills.
Mayor Jon Lefebure says it’s a large pumping station, and the final stage of the diking project.
Lefebure says contractors are getting close to completion, but the exact date is unknown.
