The teacher’s job action will hit administrators, not parents, the hardest.

It starts today (Wed) in schools across BC.

Here in the Valley, president of the Cowichan Teachers Association, Naomi Nillson says parents shouldn’t notice anything, except recess may be cancelled in some schools because Stage One job action means teachers won’t be offering up any supervision before or after school as well as at recess.

If the work to rule efforts continue, Nillson says job action may move up to State Two….

The province and teachers are back at the bargaining table today.
