Transport Canada changes mean travelers at the Nanaimo Airport could face delays
Airport CEO Mike Hooper says the Ministry has told them they have to change their approach slope from 3 per cent to 2.5 percent.
Over the next two-weeks the airport will be changing back to their old instrument landing systems, which will mean flights could be canceled or delayed if a poor weather system moves in.
