Work on Beverly Street ramps up a notch

Starting Monday, July 10th and for the next five months the work on Beverly Street, between York Road and the Trans Canada Highway will be a bit more disruptive.
There will be road closures and detours along with periods of alternating single lane traffic.
It’s to accommodate road widening, including cycle lanes on both sides, a new curb and centre island, new pedestrian crossings, complete with flashing lights, a new roundabout, watermain feed and asphalt.
Flaggers will be in place.
