No sign of missing man

Still no sign of a missing 35-year old Lake Cowichan man.

Rodney Mackinnon was last seen May 1st, his vehicle was found a few days later parked in a secluded area.

Friends, family and Cowichan Search and Rescue scoured the area where is vehicle was found, but were unable to find Mackinnon.

Sgt Wes Olsen from the Lake Cowichan RCMP says the ground search in that area is now done.

Olsen says they will continue to exhaust all efforts to find Mackinnon, and are still asking the public to come forward with any information that might help with those efforts.
