The "Big Ride" comes to Duncan Friday

Nurses plan to be among those welcoming former Olympian Clara Hughes as she rides onto the grounds of the legislature This (Thurs) afternoon.

The BC Nurses Union says many nurses work on the front lines providing health care to the mentally ill and nurses believe the best way to de-stigmatize mental illness is for people to start talking about it.

Hughes will bring her Big Ride to Duncan tomorrow (Friday) just after the noon hour.
