RCMP will be cracking down on reckless and dangerous drivers today.
Cpl John Stuart from the North Cowichan / Duncan RCMP says they will be participating in Three Strikes…..
A speed reader board will display a driver’s current speed.
It will be placed near a speed limit sign to ensure motorists are well aware of their speed and if they fail to slow down, the next part of the equation is a police officer with a ticket book in hand.
Those officers will also have the use of scopes to determine if a perpetrators driving habits include other infractions.
