North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP have made an arrest in relation to a hit and run that happeend at Mount Sicker Road and the TransCanada Highway.
Back on August 17th a truck struck a car that was waiting to turn off the highway.
The driver got out of the truck, asked the occupants of the car if they were okay, after they said “no”, he got back into his truck and fled the scene.
