Province Granted Intervener Status Against Trans Mountain Pipeline

The Federal Court of Appeal has granted BC intervener status in the legal challenge launched against the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion project.
Cowichan Malahat Langford MP Alistair MacGregor believes intervener status is good for the province.
The Province expects to file its memorandum of fact and law by this Friday. The Federal Court of Appeal is set to begin its hearing on October 2nd.
