BC Ferries to meet with FAC

In 2003 BC Ferries established the Ferry Advisory Committee. The aim of the group was to discuss with BC Ferries the concerns of ferry dependent communities.

FAC chair for the Chemainus-Thetis-Penelakut route, Keith Rush says over that 11-year period the FAC has become an accurate voice for ferry dependent communities, and later today they will sit down with BC Ferries brass for their bi-annual meeting…

 

 

Rush says today’s meeting they’ll be discussing the frequency and timing of dangerous cargo runs, future schedule tweaking and projected annual savings for BC ferries.
