4 hundred Duncan households will be contacted over the next 10 days as the City launches a Citizen Satisfaction Survey.
Mayor Phil Kent says it’s the first time such a survey is being done in Duncan……
The survey will be random and the preliminary results will be available to council sometime later in June.
Kent says the questions are open ended so they hope to get residents talking, not just answering yes or no.
