The Duncan Cowichan Chamber of Commerce President says the Annual General Meeting for the BC Chamber proved the organization is well-equipped to keep up the conversation with government and contribute to intelligent, workable outcomes.

Scurr says the Chamber would like to see more government regulatory oversight in programs like MMBC so that businesses feel the process is a transparent one.
Scurr assumed the role of the Duncan Cowichan Chamber of Commerce president when George Gates stepped down last week, citing wanting to spend more time working on his company.
