Police seek owner of a ring

Police are looking for the owner of a ladies ring that was found in the Sherman Road and Canada Avenue area.
It was turned into the North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP a week ago.
Police say the ring is very unique and must be of sentimental value to the owner as a portion of the engraving on it are the names of four children and “we love Mom” .
The rightful owner is asked to call the RCMP and describe the ring including the names that are engraved on it.
