It is back to the drawing board for staff at the City of Duncan on some zoning bylaw amendments.
Following a public hearing, in which council got feedback via written submissions, there will be some changes made to the proposal.
Mayor Phil Kent says new Zoning Bylaw does a number of things including reducing the overall number of zones from 16 to 8, with each zone allowing for more flexibility when it comes to development….
Kent says another public hearing will be held, likely in November, after staff have a chance to make some changes.
