Mail box and car thefts under investigation

RCMP continue to field complaints about break and enters and thefts from group mailboxes and vehicles.
Corporal Krista Hobday says the thieves have left their mark in numerous municipalities including Chemainus, Duncan and all parts in-between.
She says many of the thefts are occurring overnight with no witnesses….

North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP say it’s not a good idea to leave anything valuable in your vehicle during the day or night.

Hobday says it’s also recommended you get your mail every day.
