If you’ve ever driven through Chemainus and missed your turn, well, help is on the way.
The help comes in the form of 36 signs: 28 of which are vehicle-oriented with the remaining eight meant to help pedestrians find their way through town.
Krystal Adam with the Chemainus Business Improvement Association says these new signs will help local businesses.
On the way are 28 vehicle-oriented signs and eight that are earmarked to help pedestrians find their way to their destination.
Adam says parking, especially during peak tourist season was a priority for the B-I-U.
The signs are expected to go up early in 2018, following a procurement process.
