Cowichan teachers off the job again Tuesday

BC’s teachers are gearing up for another week on the picket lines.

President of the BC Teachers Federation Jim Iker says the government needs to bring more funding to the table to address issues like class size, composition and staffing levels.

Cowichan Valley teachers are on the picket lines today (Thurs).
With the rotating walk outs continuing into next week now, Cowichan teachers will be off the job again next Tuesday.
Monday, teachers in the Nanaimo Ladysmith district will be on the picket lines.
