Missing mushroom picker

RCMP officers from Ladysmith, with help from local Search and Rescue, Air 8 and Police Dog Services are looking for a missing 73 year old woman from Nanaimo.
Bertha Hanson left her home in Nanaimo around noon Sunday to go mushroom picking west of the airport.
Her truck was found at Timberlands and Ninatti Road.
Police say Hanson wasn’t dressed for an extended stay in the wilderness and anyone with information is asked to call 911.
