The Municipality of North Cowichan is looking for a consultant to figure out a local area plan for the Bell McKinnon neighbourhood.
The Local Area Plan will include input from residents and the broader community in developing a vision for the Bell McKinnon area in the context of the proposed future Cowichan District Hospital.
The plan will address a wide range of topics, including land-use designations, density and design principles to guide future growth, and transportation and infrastructure requirements.
