MLA says UBC report proves it’s best to cancel Site C

The Green Party MLA for the Cowichan Valley says cancelling the Site C project would create 5 times more jobs in the province.
And, Sonia Furstenau told her counterparts in the legislature that, according to research conducted by UBC, those jobs would be permanent….
Premier John Horgan and his NDP government are expected to make an announcement on the future of the Site C project in the coming weeks.
