The environmental appeal board hearing to set aside the permit issued to dumb soil near Shawnigan Lake has entered it’s final stages.
The president of the Shawnigan Residents Association, Calvin Cook, says talks will be wrapping Friday.
We asked him if there has been any surprises so far.
Cook anticipates an official ruling to come after the summer because he thinks board wants to produce a detailed report that won’t be overturned in a court of appeal.
