Beating an animal is a red flag for something worse.
That’s according to the group, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

Harrison’s case relates to an alleged beating of a Boston Terrier cross dog on Cowichan Lake Road back in April of 2013.

It is alleged Harrison pinned the dog to the ground, punched it several times, threw it in the ditch and then threatened some eyewitnesses with bodily harm.
