Estuary exhibit comes to Duncan Mall

An exhibit, featuring estuaries, will be set up in the Duncan Mall beginning tomorrow (June 13).
Cowichan Estuary Restoration and Conservation Association Chair, Dr. Goetz Schuerholz says the exhibit was put together with help from the Royal BC Museum and will become part of their outreach program………
The exhibit is suitable, Schuerholz says for children, adults and school groups.
It will be set up in the mall for the next 14 days.
In the meantime, the effect of climate change on coastal communities and estuaries will be the focus of a symposium at the Cowichan Campus of the Vancouver Island University.
It starts Saturday.
