Freezing Rain and Snow: Coming to the Cowichan Valley

Snow is likely in our future here in the Cowichan Valley.

The Weather Network has issued a special weather statement for the eastern side of Vancouver Island and is forecasting a risk of freezing rain this afternoon and tonight.

Snow is also a distinct possibility.

A low-pressure system is hovering off the coast of Vancouver Island and accumulations of 5 to 10 centimetres are expected.
