Cowichan Green Community presents local food foraging expert

The Cowichan Green Community’s Annual General Meeting coincides with Transition Cowichan’s 3rd annual Eat Local Challenge.

Urban Food Forest Porject Supervisor, Tessa Stiven says those attending the AGM tomorrow (Tues) night will be able to sample some dishes made with locally sourced food….

Following the potluck, Bill Jones a local food foraging expert will talk about foods that are available locally and he will be followed by the business end of the AGM.

The meeting goes tomorrow (Tuesday, June 17th) night from 4:30 to 7:30 at the Duncan Christian Reformed Church on Trunk Road.
