Police seek information after pedestrian struck on Tzouhalem Road

North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP is investigating a pedestrian hit and run that happened Friday evening.

It left the victim, a man with significant injuries.

Mounties say the man was struck as he walked westbound on Tzouhalem Road near the Lakes Road intersection around 10.

The driver of the vehicle did not stop to help the pedestrian.

Police are asking any witnesses to the incident to come forward.
