CVRD looking to implement staffed recycling sites

The CVRD is looking for a private contractor to monitor recycling bins in the Cowichan Valley.

So says the regional director for Cobble Hill Gerry Giles.

She explains why the district is thinking of implementing a new staffed recycling system.

Giles says since the public recycling bins were removed numerous requests have been made to have a monitored site.
