Duncan man ordered to take care of his mental health

A 41-year-old man from Duncan has made a court appearance on numerous charges including, resisting arrest, four counts of failing to stop at the scene of a collision, flight from a police officer, and assault with a weapon among others.

He was arrested following a series of incidents 12 days ago in Victoria.

Jason Moody was released on 15 thousand dollars bail and an order to look after his mental health.

He will be back in court in mid July.
