A Chemainus man will appear in court via video link this Wednesday.
The 35 year old is facing four drug-related charges following a traffic stop in Ontario.
During the stop, police seized around 12 pounds of suspected marijuana and two pounds of hash or hash oil and drug paraphernalia as well as a large amount of cash.
The estimated street value of the drugs is 62,000 dollars.
