Nanaimo purse snatching

Hang on to your items if you will be visiting Nanaimo anytime soon.
Police say last Saturday, around 1:30 in the afternoon, a 70 year old woman had her purse stolen as she walked in a local park.
The woman was walking with a friend when a man suddenly appeared from behind them, he threatened the woman, telling her he would burn her face and then grabbed her purse before running off.
Mounties say the suspect was carrying a red cylinder with him, possibly a fire extinguisher.The suspect is white, in his early twenties with short brown hair, had a muscular build and was wearing a t-shirt and shorts, of which one leg of the shorts was red and the other green.

The victim had a small amount of cash and some credit cards in her purse that were later cancelled.
