There was a fire in a floating business in the Chemainus harbour early this morning (Wed).
The Chemainus Fire Department was called to Jones Marine Services around 4:30 this morning.
Crofton and the Ladysmith Fire departments also attended and the North Cowichan South End department was at the ready, if their help was needed.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
