Lake Cow residents in favour of pool fees

The public has spoken and the Lake Cowichan Council has some clear direction in which way to go with its support for the Aquatic Centre.

Council took the informal poll to try to get a feel for what the community wanted and Mayor Ross Forrest says their answer was pretty decisive.

Forrest says the vote will be a big help to council and certainly served its purpose.

Ratepayers were asked to vote in the straw poll as they came into the town office to pay their taxes.
