Duncan Farmer's Market to sell alcohol

The City of Duncan approved a policy at a special council meeting on Monday that authorizes the Duncan Farmer’s Market to accommodate wineries, breweries and distilleries with on‐site store endorsement to sell their products.
The president of the farmer’s market is Mickey Smith.
He says there is a chance alcohol will be officially sold, for off-site consumption, at the Saturday market this month.

 

The policy allows for seven liquor manufacturing vendors but that number could go as high as 18 on any given Saturday.
